WP Turned UP’s Specific Terms

tl;dr Be respectful. Pay your bills on time. ALL WILL BE GOOD!

Products

Our products are not to be resold or redistributed—doing so will result in a permanent ban from WP Turned UP and will result in permanent loss of all premium solution licensing.

Managed Website, WordPress Website Care and WordPress Website Hosting

Communication

Customers who use the Managed Website, WordPress Website Care, or WordPress Website Hosting services must use a valid email address regularly reviewed for incoming communication when signing up for them.

We use the customer’s email address on file for communication, and the customer should ensure that emails from our domain (wpturnedup.com) can be successfully received.

Payment

Customers are automatically billed as part of a monthly subscription and are responsible for making payments when they are due.

Failed payment notifications are sent out immediately, and if payments are not made by the 14th day of the customer’s billing cycle, the following occurs:

  • The website is backed up
  • The website is deleted from WP Turned UP’s hosting account
  • Managed Website and WordPress Website Care (if applicable) services are terminated
  • All premium solution licensing (if applicable) is revoked

WordPress Website Hosting Disk Space Add-on

We offer 20 GB disk add-ons for those needing more hard disk space. Our clients pay what we pay, as we are simply passing our costs onto them. As such, we have a strict policy for collecting payment.

Malware Cleanup & Potential Fees

If a website becomes infected with malware, the WordPress Website Hosting vendor (Kinsta) will clean it up for free as part of their Security Pledge.

Kinsta is providing this free service that customers would otherwise have to pay someone to complete for them, so it only makes sense for them to work with Kinsta to ensure the integrity of their website.

As part of that cleanup, Kinsta typically requires follow-up tasks to ensure the security and integrity of your website. Kinsta communicates the follow-up tasks to the Kinsta account holder (WP Turned UP), and we will then relay those tasks to you.

You must complete any required follow-up tasks immediately and confirm with us that you have done so; otherwise, you are subject to a $100 fee to reimburse us for covering the fees levied by Kinsta. Additionally, Kinsta may disqualify your website from being covered under the Security Pledge and no longer provide free malware removal services for your website.

If WP Turned UP gets charged a $100 cleanup fee and we are not reimbursed, we reserve the right to take the necessary steps to recoup the fee, including, but not limited to, locking access to the site (back and front end) or deleting the website.

Customers who fail to comply with the ‘Malware Cleanup’ procedures outlined in these terms will no longer be permitted to sign up for the WordPress Website Hosting service.

Deleted Websites

If a failed payment results in the deletion of a website from WP Turned UP’s account, the following conditions apply:

  • We are not obligated to back up, supply, or restore deleted websites
  • We charge a one-time fee to assist with deleted website restoration
  • Our prices change, so customers who sign back up are not guaranteed to get their previous subscription price
Deleted Site Delivery
  • We will make one attempt at delivery per purchase
  • We are not responsible for and have no insight into the contents of the website files
  • We are not responsible for the services provided by WeTransfer
  • We are not responsible for the successful receipt of the website files due to SPAM blocking, malfunctioning email, etc.
  • Once delivered, we will delete the website files from storage
  • Use this service at your own risk

Premium Solution Licensing

We provide premium solution licensing to our clients, and they agree to adhere to the terms below if they are using said licensing.

  • We own the accounts and licensing for all premium solutions
  • Our clients are prohibited from contacting vendors directly for support
    • Doing so results in a permanent ban from WP Turned UP
    • Doing so results in permanent loss of all premium solution licensing
  • While we do not foresee any issues and will always do our best to ensure premium solution licensing remains undisrupted, we cannot guarantee that each solution will be licensed indefinitely
  • We reserve the right to permanently revoke premium solution licensing without notice if clients generally act in bad faith or are abusive or disrespectful towards WP Turned UP employees

Termageddon

We offer the Termageddon website policy solution at a discount.

Customers are automatically billed as part of an annual subscription and are responsible for making payments when they are due.

Failed payment notifications are sent out immediately, and if payments are not made by the 14th day of the customer’s billing cycle, the following occurs:

  • Termageddon access is revoked
  • All policies issued from Termageddon are deleted

Website Support

We offer WordPress Website Support as a stand-alone service. Support time must be used within six months of purchase and cannot be used for WordPress Custom Development.

Custom Development

We offer WordPress Custom Development as a stand-alone service. This service is available to Managed Website and qualifying WordPress Website Care clients.

Once we deliver a solution as part of this service and the customer signs off on a project’s completion, we become the solution owner and retain all rights to it. Customers may use the solutions on their websites, but they are not to compete with us by giving away or reselling them.

Chargebacks

We are easily reached for questions, support, etc. to ensure customer satisfaction. As such, chargebacks are not tolerated.

Any chargeback attempts (failed or successful) will result in a permanent ban from WP Turned UP and a permanent loss of all premium solution licensing.

InfluenceWP Membership

InfluenceWP Consumer Memberships are free as long as our customers maintain at least one active Club subscription.
